Job Brief
Forland Services is looking for a self-motivated, high-performing sales manager to join our growing organization. The manager is responsible to expands customer base and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The manager is responsible for maximizing sales potential of long-stroke pumping units, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
· Promote new product, achieve growth and hit sales targets
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of and respond to new products and competition status
Requirements
· Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager in pumping unit/artificial lift industry, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
· Proven ability to promote new products and meet customer acquisition
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Strong business sense and oil& gas industry expertise
· Flexibility to travel north, central and south of United States
